The CII Raunaq Singh Innovation Grid (“the Grid”) is an online platform to help you learn and connect with other people. To facilitate those ends, the Grid uses different content and services that are featured on various pages on its website. For such content and services, it should be noted that:
- Content provided by the Grid has been tested for its accuracy and suitability to the subject at hand. However, there could be differing subjective interpretations and opinions about the same. In case you feel that a piece of content is not suited to the Grid's objectives, or does not meet professional standards, please let us know through the “Contact Us” page.
- In addition, some of the content available on the Grid is generated by users (“User Generated Content, or UGC”). This includes discussion forum entries, ideas, comments, profile details, business plans etc. Note that in general, the Grid is not responsible for such UGC, and they remain the responsibility of the user who posted them. However, the Grid has various features to make sure that offensive and unsuitable content is not posted on its website. In case the Grid is made aware of such UGC, it will take active measures to take corrective action.
- Users will voluntarily reveal a variety of information on the Grid. In general, the discretion of choosing what to reveal lies with the user, and the Grid will not be held responsible for misuse of information voluntarily revealed by the user. However, the Grid itself has a mature privacy policy in place, and will never sell user data to third parties (The Grid may, however, use user data for relevant communications from time to time).
- In the course of using the information and services provided on the Grid, a user might contact other individuals or service providers. The Grid is not responsible for these interactions, and the outcomes associated with them. The Grid shall be treated as a framework for putting relevant information and people on a single platform, and is not to be held responsible for the outcomes of using that information or interacting with those people.
