They say that an “A-Quality” team with a “B-Quality” idea is better than a “B-Quality” team with an “A-Quality” idea. A well balanced team helps provide diverse and complementary skills, and is one of the most important components of successful innovation.
Pre-requisites:
Before you develop a team, it is important to have some clarity on what the overall vision of your innovation is. Even though the specifics of the venture might (and generally do) change, it is important that the first few team members agree on a broad direction in which to take their venture.
